The Business

Proactiv Payroll deliver premium payroll solutions with great customer service and experience.

It’s a service that allows their clients to concentrate on building their business while leaving payroll matters to the experts.

Using latest cloud-based technology to deliver customised payroll products including elements such as attendance, timekeeping, employee self-service and leave administration, sets Proactiv Payroll ahead of the game. CEO Roy Mellon explains;

“For many companies, payroll and HR functions are too complex, labour intensive and inefficient, but we see employee management as a critical component for every organisation.”

Acknowledged as one of the top 100 young companies, the company made it to BRW’s “Fast Starters” in 2015 showing a clear path of growth.

Helping the Community

As part of their services, Proactiv incorporates a donation scheme to be attached to employee payruns. It’s a unique program that deducts the “end cents” to the final pay figure and the “shavings” are donated to Youth Futures, a Perth based not-for-profit that helps disadvantaged and at-risk youth to overcome homelessness.
