Calxa is a one-of-a-kind product: the only one (to our knowledge) which is able to deal with tracking codes of Xero (e.g. projects), which is an absolute deal-maker/-breaker!

Calxa is a surprisingly powerful budgeting and reporting tool. It gives the board of Eastern Riverina Arts clear insights into our financial activity. I haven't yet tried the KPI measurement feature but plan to - very valuable!

I was very lucky to stumble upon this software. The sky is the limit with regards to how far you can go with this. Takes a bit of time to set up but very, very powerful budgeting and reporting tool which you will never look back from once you give it a go. Also timely and well informed help to get you going if you need it.

Being a novice at this type of thing the Calxa Team of Mick and Jo have really helped me get my Forecasting up to speed. Their patience in working through the speed bumps along the way and time spent on creating a program that would work for me even though I didn't have on of the regular programs to import from, Mick created a system that made my life so much easier. Thank you for everything guys. Further to this after encountering a problem in my systems Shem was able to investigate and solve the problem, once again with patience and purpose. These guys are amazing, I really feel like I am in good hands with their system and back up support.

I've been doing budgets for many years, this is the first tool I've found that is like Excel on steriods. So easy to use and very dynamic. Highly recommend giving it a go

Calxa is a great tool and very flexible for medium to large businesses. It is easy to prepare and tailor reports, consolidate different entity groups and upload budgets for entities, tracking categories or group - management and bank.
