When you sign up with Calxa, we promise you a fixed monthly plan. Our support team is here to answer any questions you have, we will even jump on a screen share to guide you in the right direction. Our aim is to get you up and running and reporting in no time.
If you integrate Calxa to your ERP system, we have a one-off base implementation fee. Here our team will configure your setup and provide training to your team to get you going in a couple of weeks NOT months. If you have more complex setup requirements, we can chat and quote you a fixed price implementation to fit your particular needs. That’s it though. After that you just pay for your monthly plan.
Don’t expect hidden fees from us or surprise charges. We will be transparent in our dealings with you.
If, after 30 days, you find Calxa does not do what you expected, we will refund you your subscription fee. No questions asked.

WHICH ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS DOES CALXA WORK WITH?
You can connect Calxa to cloud accounting systems like Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB Business. Note: Calxa won’t work with locally stored MYOB data.
Calxa also integrates with various ERP systems such as MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite or Microsoft Business Central. Get in touch and we’ll help you with the implementation.
WHAT ERP SYSTEMS DOES CALXA INTEGRATE WITH?
Calxa connects directly to ERP systems such as MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite or Microsoft Business Central. You can test-drive Calxa using demo data to evaluate if this works for you. Once you upgrade your subscription, our basic Implementation Plan we will help you with your initial configuration. Contact us if you have any questions or more detailed requirements.
WHAT IF MY ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IS NOT LISTED HERE?
If you have a bespoke accounting system, you can try Calxa Unplugged. This will allow you to manually set up an organisation and import your accounts and budgets. Then, each month, you simply bring in your actuals to run your Calxa reports.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET CALXA GOING?
Calxa works in the cloud, so all you need to do is sign up for a free trial online. You then will be prompted to connect to your cloud accounting file or our team can configure your ERP system to give you access. If you work with another accounting system, then you can try Calxa Unplugged by adding a manual organisation. It’s not as efficient, as Calxa won’t be able to leverage your existing accounts, business units and actuals. But, once set up, all you do, is import your actuals each month.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ANY TIME?
Yes. Our subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We don’t required a long-term commitment so you can cancel at any time, and we will not charge you the following month.
IS MY DATA SECURE?
At Calxa, we take the security of your data very seriously. Details on how we store and use it are in our Software Terms and Conditions and in our Privacy Policy. You can find more Trust & Security details here.
Data is stored in Microsoft’s Azure data centres in Australia and we make use of all the security tools they have available. In addition, our security processes are audited each year by both Xero and Intuit to make sure that we keep up with the latest best practice standards. In addition, we are working towards ISO27001 certification to provide the highest level of reassurance to our customers.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA ON EXPIRY?
On subscription expiry, we will keep data stored on Calxa Online for at least 1 year for a free trial and 2 years for any paid subscriptions. So, if you decide to come back at a later stage, your historical data is still there.
In addition, you have the opportunity to export your data when your subscription expires or shortly before deleting it. You can also request for us to delete your data at any time.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major credit cards and also have a direct debit facility for our Australian customers. Subscriptions are charged monthly.
WILL CALXA WORK ON A MAC?
Yes! Calxa is a browser app. It works best with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
