Can I cancel my monthly subscription at any time?
Yes, you can. There are no minimum terms. All you need to do is send us an email request with your details and date when you’d like the cancellation to take effect.
Will Calxa work on Mac?
Calxa Desktop runs under Windows so will require Parallels, Bootcamp or similar tools. Unfortunately we can no longer link to MYOB AccountEdge but users of other accounting systems (such as Xero) are successfully running Calxa on Macs as explained by one of our featured customers.
The Calxa Online App is in development and is available with limited features now. Full online capability is anticipated for early 2018.
What accounting software works with Calxa?
Calxa works with many popular Accounting products:
- MYOB Essentials, AccountRight, Premier, Enterprise, Classic - AU & NZ
- Intuit's QuickBooks Online (QBO)

How long do you keep my data?
On subscription expiry, we will keep data stored on Calxa Online for at least 1 year (Free Trial) and at least 2 years (Calxa Premier or Calxa Express). You will have the opportunity to export your data when your subscription expires or shortly before deleting it. We will delete your data on your request at any time.
Can I change my Calxa product at any time?
You can upgrade or downgrade between Calxa Express and Calxa Premier at any time.
