When you sign up with Calxa, we promise you a fixed monthly plan. Our support team is here to answer any questions you have, we will even jump on a screen share to guide you in the right direction. Our aim is to get you up and running and reporting in no time.
If you integrate Calxa to your ERP system, we have a one-off base implementation fee. Here our team will configure your setup and provide training to your team to get you going in a couple of weeks NOT months. If you have more complex setup requirements, we can chat and quote you a fixed price implementation to fit your particular needs. That’s it though. After that you just pay for your monthly plan.
Don't expect hidden fees from us or surprise charges. We will be transparent in our dealings with you.
If, after 30 days, you find Calxa does not do what you expected, we will refund you your subscription fee. No questions asked.

Which Accounting Systems do you work with?
We connect directly to cloud accounting platforms like Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB Business and AccountRight.
We don’t work with locally stored files or desktop versions, but we do integrate with ERP systems such as MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Business Central. If you need a hand getting set up, we’re here to support you. Get in touch for a chat.
What if my Accounting System is not listed?
If you have a bespoke accounting system, you can try Calxa Unplugged. This will allow you to manually set up an organisation and import your accounts and budgets. Then, each month, you simply bring in your actuals to run your Calxa reports.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT PLAN
Why is there a separate ERP Plan?
We integrate seamlessly with MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Business Central. Enterprise systems have many connection points and are highly customisable to adapt to business’ operational complexity. While this provides great flexibility for the business, integrations to external systems like Calxa are dependent on the underlying configuration. For this reason we provide a personalised implementation service to assist new Enterprise customers with their connection points. Contact us if you have any questions or more detailed requirements.
Can I add more Organisations later?
Yes, you can add additional organisations at any point. We will set your billing to the most economical plan and reflect this in your invoice. So you can clearly see what you are paying for. Contact us if you want to confirm the change beforehand.
Can I give access to my Accountant?
All Calxa plans are set for unlimited users. Simply invite your accountant or advisor to join your workspace. Optionally, you can set them up as a Free Advisor so they can do some work to help you out without having access to the billing details.

What do I need to get started?
All you need to do is sign up for a free trial. We’ll prompt you to connect your cloud accounting file, or if you’re using an ERP system, choose the demo data option. That will allow you to explore the functionality with sample data.
If you’re working with a bespoke system, you can add a manual organisation through Calxa Unplugged. It’s a little less automated, but once everything is set up, you’ll only need to import your actuals each month.
Is there a Free Trial?
Yes, we have a 30-day free trial option, no credit card needed. You’re welcome to explore Calxa using demo data or connect directly to your mainstream accounts like Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online.

How do I learn to use Calxa?

DATA SECURITY
Is my data secure?
We take the security of your data very seriously. Your information is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in Australia, and we use the full suite of Azure security tools to protect it.
Our security processes are audited every year by Xero and Intuit, and we’re working toward ISO27001 certification to give you even more peace of mind. You can find all the details in our Software Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Alternatively, you can visit our Trust Centre for more detailed information.
What happens to my data when my subscription expires?
If your subscription ends, we keep your data for at least 1 year for free trials and 2 years for paid subscriptions. That way, if you decide to return later, your history is still waiting for you.
You can export your data at any time, and if you’d prefer to delete it you have the ability to do that.
BILLING & SUBSCRIPTION
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, and if you’re in Australia, you can also use direct debit.
Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, absolutely. We bill monthly in advance, and there’s no long‑term contract. If you cancel, we simply won’t charge you the following month.
Will I receive an invoice each month?
Yes. The payer of the subscription will automatically receive a monthly email with an invoice attached. The invoices can also be downloaded retrospectively from the app at any time.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a money-back guarantee. If you find during the first critical 30 days after purchasing that Calxa does not do what you expected, talk to us and we will refund your subscription fee, no questions asked.
