Automatic Accounting Data Updates and New Reports & Charts
Stage one of our next and very exciting automation starts with this high-point of our August release. It will be our latest feature giving you the ability to pre-plan your organisation updates.
Imagine opening Calxa and knowing that it’s already up-to-date with the latest information from your Xero, MYOB or whichever system you are using. Those of you with small files will add an extra few minutes to your life; those with larger files or with multiple organisations will notice the extra time-saving. Auto-updates will be available when both your Calxa Workspace and your accounting system are online (including online access for MYOB AccountRight).
Pretty Reports Please
The range of charts and reports continues to expand in response to feedback from customers. The highlight this month will be a multi-KPI line chart. You’ll be able to compare KPIs over a 12-month period (showing Actuals for completed months, Budgets for the future) and clearly see relationships between them. Use this to deepen your understanding of your business.
Functional Reports Please
For the accountants, there are 2 new Balance Sheet reports: a multi-organisation Balance Sheet Comparison with one column per company (similar to the current Cost Centre Comparison) and a Balance Sheet with a comparison to a prior period – that could be the previous month, the beginning of the year or the same period last year – your choice.
