Calxa’s first pure cloud product.
After an initial soft release to the accounting industry, The Invisible Accountant was officially launched at the MYOB Partner Connect Conference in Alice Springs. Powered by Calxa’s newly developed cloud functionality, it provides automated business reporting for minimal effort.
The Invisible Accountant is the first pure cloud product by Calxa Australia, a leader in financial reporting software. The online app is designed for small businesses with a desire for management reports but too time-poor to delve into long-winded spreadsheets. The monthly reports have been carefully selected to provide a reliable set of business insights.
After a simple sign-up and connection to their accounting system, reports are automatically delivered to the customer’s inbox each month – no action to take, no app to sign in to, nothing to remember.
“The Invisible Accountant, is a no-brainer for small businesses that want to be aware of future cashflow needs so they can plan to be sustainable and thrive.”, says Calxa CEO Mick Devine.
The pack delivered contains five essential reports including a cashflow forecast, some budget reports, a net worth chart and Calxa’s flagship report ‘Where Did Our Money Go?’. Additionally, each month the Team will select three bonus reports or KPIs to challenge the user’s thinking and open their horizons to view their business from a different perspective.
Linking to popular accounting systems like MYOB, QuickBooks Online and Xero, the app will reach many small businesses in Australia and in the global communities.
It is Calxa’s intention to educate business owners and to provide insightful information on their business progress without them needing an MBA. Devine further says: “This is an easy way to be alerted to problems within the business before they reach crisis point.” “Our customers’ success will be our ultimate benchmark”.
