3 Easy Steps to Get your First Reports

1. Connect to your Accounts

Calxa works with popular accounting systems such as MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Essentials, Xero and QuickBooks Online. Follow the simple steps to link once and then schedule updates monthly, weekly or daily, depending on your needs.

2. Build your Budgets

Simply import your existing spreadsheet budgets or we’ll grab your accounts budgets when we first connect. If you’re starting from scratch, use the Budget Factory Wizard to create a quick first draft and then the sophisticated Budget Builder to fine-tune and manage in detail. You can do them by cost centre or across the organisation.

3. Now run your Reports

Select from the many report templates. You can run a chart or if your board prefers numbers, simply select that report suits best. Once you know which reports you want, group them into a report bundle and deliver to your audience. To work smarter, just schedule the monthly reports to be delivered automatically on your chosen date.
