This Smarter Calxa Course is ideally suited to those who have a good working knowledge of Calxa. Completion of the Calxa Foundations course is not mandatory but is highly recommended. The Smarter Calxa Course will give you the skills to make use of the more advanced features of the app, either in a consulting role or as your organisation’s in-house expert.

This is an intermediate to advanced level course. Please do not book this course unless you have completed the Calxa Foundations course and / or have at least 6 months experience using Calxa.

Course Overview:

• A brief recap of Terminology and Settings, and Calxa integration with Accounting Apps
• Calxa “unplugged” integrating Calxa with any accounting app (ie other than MYOB, Xero or QBO)
• Advanced Budgeting – budget formula, repeating budgets, etc
• Metrics – adding non-financial data to your Calxa database
• Advanced KPIs – creating your own KPIs, combining these with Metrics, including KPIs as budget drivers
• Report Customisation – from Advanced Account Trees, to adding KPIs to reports, adding dashboards to report bundles and more
• The Calxa Report Writer – how to create and edit report templates
• Customised Dashboard – how to create your own dashboards, and edit the content
• Advanced Cashflow Reporting
• Consolidation of entities in multiple currencies

• Seasoned Calxa users with a minimum of 6 months experience
