This is an introductory to intermediate level course, no prior knowledge is required. Although, users with some experience with Calxa will also find the course beneficial.

• An Introduction to Calxa the Company and Calxa the product
• Terminology and settings, and basic admin functions
• Good Foundations – understanding of how to structure your accounting data for best results
• An overview of the Calxa Dashboard
• Setting, maintaining and modifying a Budget at an org or a cost centre level and including multiple budget versions (eg budget and forecast)
• Calxa reports with focus on key reports to run, how to modify these and add them to a report bundle
• Working with Business Unit Trees – how to generate reports for different managers in your organisation
• Account Trees – how to modify report information for managers, for the board, for Grant Acquittals and so on
• How to construct a 12-month rolling cashflow
• An introduction to KPI reporting, and consolidations
